Classic Coachworks exists to solve engineering problems that protect people — whether they're travelling on a train or living in a care facility.

We started as an automotive trimming workshop and grew into a transport engineering company, refurbishing passenger rail interiors for Sydney Trains, Queensland Rail, and NSW Trains. Today we design and manufacture fire-retardant seat foams, safety-critical components, and industrial trimming solutions for the rail, defence, marine, and aerospace sectors across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia.

Through our Kradal™ brand, we develop impact-absorbing products that reduce fall-related injuries in aged care, hospitals, and childcare facilities — from flooring underlay and acoustic insulation to vanity tops and corner protection systems. Kradal products are backed by peer-reviewed clinical research, independently tested, and exported worldwide.
